Cancellation Policies

If you find that you cannot attend Fleetcon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Future Leader, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to info@fleetcon.org. The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.

Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.

Attendee / Future Leader / Guest

Cancellation prior to July 31, 2018 - Full refund minus $25.00 administrative fee
Cancellation between July 31 - August 17, 2018 - 50% refund of total purchase price
Cancellation after August 17, 2018 - No refund given / total purchase price owed

Exhibitor / Booth Staff

Cancellation prior to July 1, 2018 - $150.00 administration fee charged
Cancellation between July 1 - 31, 2018 - 50% of total purchase price
Cancellation after August 1, 2018 - No refund given / total purchase price owed
